I have concerns that this is a significant overreach from the ministry of transport that isn't fully looking at the increase use of bike lanes since 2019.
There is no mention of improving public transport in this act, which should be one of the biggest steps to improving congestion.
Overall disappointed in this bill and it feels like it's pushing the province backwards towards a completely car dependent and completely grid locked province.
