Skipping the proper environmental assessment process for the proposed 413 is asinine and may as well be an admission that it would uncover inconvenient truths about the impacts of this uneccesary highway on the life of Ontarians and Ontario itself. In addition, the name of the bill seems to deliberately obscure this, focusing instead on bike lanes. Any politician who supports this bill is a joke, and against Ontario.
