This bill is terrible. It is blatant provincial overreach; leave municipal infrastructure to the municipalities. It will do nothing to improve traffic --- in fact, removing bicycle lanes will do quite the opposite. The solution to traffic is less automobiles, which will only happen if we provide viable transit alternatives (not take them away!). The last thing we need is another highway (413), and I feel this who bill is a guise so that it can built without environmental assessments. I vehemently oppose this bill.
