This bill is terrible. The province does not need to oversee congestion. They should manage the provincial needs, not just one city.
Also stop hiding the building of hwy 413 behind this act. Highway 413 is not needed as stated by multiple reports. It will only help residents of those area at a maximum of 2 minutes.
Buying back the 407 should be the top priority.
