Commentaire
This bill is transparently a piece of political theatre without policy merit and would directly result in more serious injuries and deaths. Ignoring the utter lack of credible evidence that removing/blocking bike lanes would materially worsen traffic, local planning decisions are best made by local government. This bills represents another example of this government's overreach into municipal affairs.
