The province should NOT control municipal infrastructure. Cities/municipalities should continue to control and develop their infrastructure according to their unique requirements. The idea of removing bike lanes that have already been built and are in use is ridiculous, what a waste a taxpayer money. I just don't understand where the research for the benefit of this is. I also think that giving the power to just the minister of transportation to say yes or no means nothing will ever get done because that is too much work for one person to make an informed decision.
