I would hope that any government in power in the 21st century would realize the damage humans are having on the planet. Cancelling this program - that is up, running and successful - without a plan to replace it is ridiculously short sighted. The PC government has no plan to try to curb carbon emissions, instead they are wasting tax payers money to fight the federal government carbon tax plan! It is completely backwards to what should be happening. Do not cancel the cap and trade system. Ontario needs to take steps to becoming carbon neutral, not take steps to allow big business to pollute as they like.
