This is not only provincial overreach, it is also petty, spiteful, pandering, and in the end will do nothing to relieve traffic in the province.
Bikes are a possible solution to traffic congestion, not the cause of it. On street parking is more of a cause of congestion in many areas. Why not do away with that?
