After working so hard, this seems like a huge step backward in meeting our climate change responsibilities.
Where is a strong, responsible transparent replacement plan that makes us want to cancel our current one? Why would we consider this? We know clean jobs, clean energy is an important economy to tap into, right?
We have a responsibility to control pollution, and putting a price tag on it is effective.
What are the targets here?
