This is a terrible use of public funds. Firstly, taking away the hard work that just went into implementing all of the bike lanes that made our streets safer over the past few years. Secondly, thousands of people rely on these bike lanes for their safety everyday. As someone who uses these lanes everyday, it has made commuting much safer and efficient. Please rethink this decision, it’s literal lives at stake. Thank you.
