Please do not ruin Canada's future. I love bikes and so do all my friends. I am in my 20s and I do not see myself driving car. I simply cannot afford one. My bike gets me from one place to another. However, I do only bike when bike lanes are available. If the city cannot build bike lanes, then I cannot transport safely. I do not wish to drive. Driving is too expensive for me and my friends. Biking is the most sustainable transportation method along with public transport.
Please do not kill the joy of biking. I believe in a Canadian future where sustainable transportation is cherished. Not cars. Cars are not the future. Bikes are.
