I use my bicycle to and from work throughout the year, including the colder months. Without bike lanes and separated paths I simply wouldn’t feel safe. Travelling by bicycle takes one more car off the road. If you take away bike lanes, you are putting more cars back on the road, thus contributing to more congestion.
