I agree, there are to many hunters/camps playing the game with not obtaining there tags due to another member already has .

I also feel that since moo's shunting traditionally has been done with a group/ camp. I feel that you should allocate 1 tag no matter on the number of hunter in each group/ camp each year. Then you can limit the number rif moose taken in one area. Each year the camp would get a different tag.

I also think you should look at giving everyone a bulle
tag but they can only harvest a certain size
