why cant you do a group hunt point system so if five guys got 25 points why cant they get a tag between the five of them, that way there is a group of five hunters that get to hunt moose. As it stands now the only way i will get to moose hunt is if i go to an outfitter and pay huge dollars to hunt, thanks a lot government.
