This operator had a large stock pile of their Bio solids at the intersection of Navoo Rd. and 402 highway. At that location no effort was made to control run off or stay within the limits of area. The odor on occasion was very pronounced driving by on the highway. It rivalled that of the adjacent Watford Land fill sight. There had never been any effort made to cover it or contain the runoff. If this project is to proceed I would suggest that very strict regulations be in place and these be followed.
