1. I believe you should have a period of time to decline a tag when successful in the draw without loosing points. Reasoning: most people do not hunt alone. If the group you hunt with has another successful applicant and you don’t need this tag, you should be able to decline so someone else who needs it can use it.

2. I believe you should be able to GROUP your points with other hunters. Reasoning: Most people hunt in defined groups and share the proceeds of the hunt. If people that hunt together want to combine their points to be successful in the draw as a group, any group member should be able to use the awarded tag.

3. A resident in a WMU unit should be given credit for residency. Reasoning: Local hunters support the community year round and should have some precedence in the area they live.
