This bill is short sighted and ridiculous. Stuff after study has found that an increase in lanes does nothing but INCREASE congestion and limiting bike lanes will put cyclists in very real danger. If you want to improve congestion, you need cars off the road. Invest properly in intra and intercity rapid transit, and introduce congestion pricing instead of catering to the form of transportation that takes up the most space on the road and creates the most environmental damage.
