I live a few km from this proposed site and I’m concerned with our wells in the aquifer being contaminated. What assurance do we have that the seepage from this sewage will not contaminate the aquifer?
Of course there’s concerns from all people living in close proximity to the site of storm water runoff getting into the ditches, creeks and the river near by.
It seems to me this facility should be completely contained with waterproof floor, walls and a permanent roof.
