This act is a fallacy, not substantiated with valid data. This act will not, reduce traffic congestion or grid lock. In fact, true data reflects it could increase vehicular traffic, and therefore enhance traffic congestion.
Major congestion in the city actually results from chronic and systemic issues with public transit and significant population growth.
Please stop lying and misguiding the public with erroneous information.
Furthermore, we should not be spending precious public money on wasteful projects when so many people are suffering, without money for food or a home.
