Scientists have repeatedly told us that drastic measures are needed to combat the disastrous effects of climate change. The present-day sacrifices the Cap and Trade legislation necessitates are nothing in comparison for the price we will pay in the long run for not protecting the environment. Canceling the Cap and Trade legislation is totally irresponsible.
