This is so dumb and won't alleviate traffic. In fact it'll probably kill a handful of people if enacted, not that this government gives a crap. I'm sick and tired of provincial and federal governments doing nothing ambitious and substantive to tackle traffic and climate issues. Good luck with your early election prospects, and I hope someone in this government grows a spine.
