Atrocious bill. Bloor Street bike lane is providing safe way to commute on their bikes for thousands of people a day. It reduces the traffic dramatically. I was living in downtown and currently reside in east end and I can tell from the experience as a driver, cyclist, and pedestrian that bike lanes drastically increased my quality of life.
