I don’t know what’s the worst part of this proposal. Is it the fact that the lives and well-being of cyclists are being blatantly devalued? Or the fact that none of this proposal is all based on any real evidence?
If the goal is to fix traffic the public need viable alternatives to driving. Since transit expansion is extremely slow the province needs to be increasing cycling infrastructure.
