If GoO continues to prioritize the construction of high-rise buildings at the core of the city, they should contribute financially to the replacement of the necessary infrastructure to support these approvals.

It is imperative that the GoO prioritizes fostering unity among the diverse user base within the downtown core. This entails preventing the creation of any divisions or barriers that may hinder the seamless integration of all users.
