I strongly oppose this bill…

I strongly oppose this bill as it is not only an irresponsible use of tax payer's money but will also exacerbate the traffic problem instead of solving it.

More transportation choices should be provided to citizen, not less. Bike lanes help reduce traffic congestion, improve road safety, are environmentally friendly, and boost local businesses. The government should provide funding to build more bike lanes instead of destroying them.

I also strongly oppose Schedule 3 Section 2.1 of this bill where it proposes to exempt the The Highway 413 from the Environmental Assessment Act. This is very dangerous and irresponsible, and will only worsen the current climate crisis putting current and future Ontarians at risk
