Firstly, encouraging cycling is a great way to solve traffic congestion and demonstrates through infrastructure that the health of its citizens are important. Secondly, the aspects of allowing construction without environment impact assessments is despicable. Thirdly, the premier's office should turn its attention to ALL OF ONTARIO and leave municipal matters to the elected mayor and council of Toronto. No, I do not support this bill!!!
