As a Toronto driver, I feel traffic flows better when I don’t have to worry about conflicts with bikes. The bike lanes have made driving less stressful by removing conflicts. There are no side street routes that bikers would actually use, and we would continue to have conflicts on these streets while making them less safe. As a taxpayer, I also see issue with my money being wasted to remove public infrastructure that is completely viable.
