This is a very very bad idea - with no consideration for the work the city has already done, the data which should inform the decision, and the cost of destroying already existing infrastructure.
Not only is it bad and regressive policy, it won’t solve the traffic issues which are largely caused by the sheer volume of cars with one passenger vs transit.
Think again please.
