This is a terrible bill for Ontarians, and the provincial government should not be interfering in transportation decisions being made by municpalities to provide eco-friendly, low-cost, safe multi modal infrastructure to residents throughout the province. this bill will add red tape and costs to the process and waste communities' time in adding high quality bike infrasturucture to this communities and detracts from our environmental goals, and actively harms residents and affects access to schools, hospitals, transit stations, stores etc. this is a unquestionable bad bill and the ontario government should be embarrassed to place this idea in front its citizens during a climate and cost of living crisis in the province.
