I am in strong opposition to this bill. Biking is my primary method of transportation, and this will make roads more dangerous.

-This encroaches on the authority of municipalities to implement infrastructure improvements, by creating needless red-tape and bureaucracy.
-This will hurt small businesses because cyclists and pedestrian traffic are far more likely to stop at local shops than cars.
-This will increase traffic congestion by preventing the adoption of more efficient means of transportation.
-I am in favor of road infrastructure that improves public safety in the form of protected bike lanes and well designed intersections.
