I oppose Bill 212 in its entirety.
The Provincial Government should not be creating more red tape for municipalities trying to build transportation infrastructure, let alone spending provincial tax payer dollars to remove infrastructure that cities have already paid for.
Leave the decision to approve or reject bike infrastructure to the people who actually use it--municipalities. There is no reason the province should be wasting time and money micro-managing the affairs of urban transportation.
