I am a Toronto cyclist, driver, and transit user. Many of us in this city use multiple forms of transportation and we make choices about which based on what is efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally conscious. We also make choices about which is safest. I can guarantee there are people who would happily bike to work or school that don’t do it because the infrastructure to keep cyclists safe is still in its infancy. Don’t undo the progress we’ve done in the last decade to make cycling a more viable option for people in this city and in the province more broadly.
