This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever read…if this is an issue on busy roads, make a proposal of where the new bike roads will be enacted, rather than removing VITAL SAFE SPACES for this more environmentally friendly mode of transport in the city centre. An act like this should be completely unacceptable. More cars in centralized parts of cities congest things more and make the issue even worse… a truly nonsensical proposal with no data or logic to support it, especially with how many people this will negatively impact. This is shameful.
