The provincial government should have NO say in how cities build their roads. I see cyclists in the bike lane ALL THE TIME, and would rather them use it than be on the road with cars. This is the worst bill i've ever seen from the Ontario government in my lifetime, and I WILL PROTEST against the removal, and even stand in the way of construction. THE PROVINCE SHOULD HAVE NO SAY IN CITY BUSINESS. DOUG FORD IS NOT THE MAYOR.
