This bill would hurt my ability to get to work in the only way that I can afford. You should be maintaining and increasing my ability to bike safely because I'm living in a way that makes me healthier and helps me save for the future. All the cyclists that use these lane currently will have to accomplish their trips via car, cancel their trip, or bike in a way that puts them in more danger. So you are either increasing traffic, limiting freedom of movement, or potentially harming someone just trying to get where they need to go. Do not pass this bill, for the sake of me and the many people who use these lanes.
