bike lanes are necessary for me as someone who doesn’t own a car (and Ontario is making it difficult for me to afford one) and relies on safe transportation to get to school, work, restaurants, shopping, errands, and anything else. it’s a cheaper and faster way for me to get around the city than hailing a cab or uber, even public transit depending on where i’m going. the ontario government should stay in its lane and keep out of the already built bike lanes in toronto. leave us alone!
