Freedom of movement isn't very free if the only safe and practical option is to take a car. Other methods of transit need to have the infrastructure built and maintained, bike paths included. Artificial barriers to letting a city built out it's transportation infrastructure to meet the demands it sees is detrimental to the ability for a city to meet the needs of its residence. I am opposed to the proposed legislation
