While I applaud the Ministry…

While I applaud the Ministry helping hunters increase their tag chances, I must say that if hunters not claiming tags is a good thing for the moose population as a whole. I mean we're not overrun with moose in Ontario.
Many parties don't harvest any animals.
I would think in the long term that unused tags contribute to the moose population and make the filling of tags in the future more likely.
