This piece of legislation…

This piece of legislation makes no sense at a time when we are facing a climate crisis that threatens the future of my children and grandchildren. Bikes don't cause traffic congestion: cars and trucks do! (Seems so silly to even have to say it.) Municipalities should be (and many are) promoting cycling and walking to reduce congestion and air pollution. Only a government that denies climate change could come up with such a nutty and dangerous idea. I hope Ontarians are paying attention.
