Please do not go forward with this Bill. It is ill thought out as a dedicated separate lane of slow moving vehicles would allow cars to move faster than having those slow moving vehicles on the same lane as fast moving vehicles.
This bill also undermines the environment by removing environmental assessment reviews from the planned highways.
It undermines collective bargaining power of removing required provincial engineer review.
This whole bill is ill thought out and should not be passed
