As a citizen of Canada and a resident of Ontario, I don't support this change.

This quote is particularly concerning because the expropriate act is important to give citizens appropriate recourse. We don't need more highways we need better public transit to reduce congestion and provide alternate transit methods: "A provision prohibits registered owners form applying under the expopriations act for the adjustment of the date of possession for land that was expropriated by the Ministor for the purposes of priority highway project"
