This is a disgraceful and repugnant oversteppin of provincial authority. Bike lane and bikes contribute to environmental sustainability, which car lanes and cars do not. Cars and their drivers are the ones causing the congestion and gridlock. Get rid of lanes for tkem and focus on building more sustainable transportation options and improving conditions for cyclists, pedestrians, and public transit.
