This bill does not follow any of the available evidence that bike lanes do NOT cause traffic delays but in fact make the streets safer for pedestrians and bicyclists and support small businesses. Studies also show that the best way to reduce traffic is to provide accessible public transit. So if you were serious about reducing traffic times you would be working on getting the Eglinton LRT running and improving public transit, especially to Scarborough. Withdraw this bill.
