I am against this proposal…

I am against this proposal. I want more bike lanes, not fewer. I don't think it's fair that only those who drive should feel safe. If it's so difficult to drive, then just don't drive! Take the train or bus, or walk or bike, or use a wheel chair, scooter, or your favourite mobility aid. I'm 56 and have lived in Toronto since 2003; I don't even have a driver's license. If I can manage, so can the vast majority of people who choose to drive today, most of them in far better physical shape than me. And I have to pay for their road and highway maintenance with my taxes. It's just so unfair. Pure socialism. I just hate it.
