Disagree entirely with the enactment of this regulation! I don't know what planet you are living on but mine is planet Earth and climate change is happening here. Why would our current government cancel, and then, with TAXPAYERS money, pay for lawyers to defend their actions and then pay again, with TAXPAYERS money, the costs which will rightly be claimed by White Plains for the building and dismantling of a nearly completed project? Bad politics rather than good business judgment is the only answer. Why would any company ever want to invest in or do business in Ontario when at the whim of a new governing party the business they have built or are building can be wiped out in one retroactive, regressive amendment?

Please discontinue this action and get on with implementing our much needed green energy program which, hopefully along with other progressive initiatives of our Ontario government, address the climate change issues we are facing. My planet and I thank you. Our children and grandchildren thank you too.
