This is a ridiculous proposal and a huge waste of taxpayer dollars. This will only make automotive traffic congestion worse and endanger the lives of cyclists and pedestrians. Stop incentivizing motor vehicles in a city that has no infrastructure to support them. Bike lanes are the future of transportation and are a vital and necessary part of the wellness of our city.
