This proposed Bill is costly, inefficient and dangerous. It will lead to slower vehicle traffic and the deaths of cyclists. No major urban centre in the world is foolish enough to remove established bicycle lanes, on the contrary, they are all investing heavily in this alternate form of commuting because it saves the entire population (car drivers included) time and money, not to mention being of significant environmental benefit.
