I believe that this is the most idiotic decision in the history of idiotic decisions in this province. The cost to taxpayers is unacceptable, the cost to our reputation as a fair-dealing province is likely to have long term repercussions and the cost to the battle for appropriate mitigation of climate change is also heart-breaking. I am ashamed of this governments short-sightedness and pig-headedness. Sure, you're determined to regress any progress that has been made, but start by cancelling things that haven't been built.
