If we want less traffic on the roads, less pollution and healthier communities, having dedicated bike lanes are essential. I wish I could bike everywhere, but I do not feel safe and I am afraid for my life in the roads of Toronto. Cyclists are dying on the road and I don't want to be part of that number. If the city had infrastructure that would keep cyclists safe, we would not need so many cars on the road.
