This bill is dangerous, crooked and only serves to give the provincial government far too much power in jurisdictions it has no business involving itself in.

It puts the lives of bikers at risk, drives more cars to take the road and creates red tape for development. Instead this government should be investing in the largest build of mass transit in the provinces history.

Give people the opportunity to use transit and they will, neglect to do so and more cars will continue to flood the already congested streets, now without basic protections for cycling and no recourse to stop them.
